The flows that were studied in this paper belong to those movements of people who are searching for new job oppor- tunities. The paper findings points toward an important part of the immigrants are not able to reach their expectations once they are inserted in the destination market. Addi- tionally it was observed that some social groups in Bolivia do not respond appropriately to the investment in their children's human capital.
