Copyright
Copyright is the branch of law that protects all scientific, literary, and/or artistic works that are the product of human creativity and ingenuity.
Its requirements are:
- Originality.
- That it be fixed in a tangible medium
"Copyright grants protection to creations expressed through literary, artistic, and/or scientific genres; its purpose is to protect creations or expressions of the mind that are expressed in a way that can be perceived; it arises with the work itself."
In accordance with Bolivia’s Copyright Law No. 1322, the journal LAJED respects the moral rights of authors, safeguarding the authorship and integrity of their published works. As an open-access publication, LAJED does NOT derive economic benefit from the economic rights of its publications. After publication in LAJED, authors may not republish the article; they may only cite it with reference to the original source of publication
CONFLICT OF INTEREST
The author(s) must declare that they have no conflict of interest with the institutions mentioned in the article or with the publishing entity of the LAJED journal of the Bolivian Catholic University, which may publish it in print or electronic format.
