Abstract

The monitoring reports to Economic, Social and Cultural Human Rights Committee's recommendations show that the situation of economic, social and cultural rights (DESC) for the majority of Bolivians is worsening. There is also clear evidence that this scenario will tend to deepen in the medium and long term, while the conditions of poverty that afflict the majority of the population subsist and there are no governments and non-state actors able to respect, promote, protect and fulfill them.
