Economic development, the evolution of science and techonology, population explosion, "culture" computerized, democratic freedomd and corruption have led to unprecedented moral crisis, a revolution of the concept that man has of himself, male and female, to the point of to see stagger their identity, values and lose the sense of direction of where are going the culture and civilization. This crisis apostrophes with a question that has front and back; how to deal with that uncertainty? What qualities, what character should be built to stand up and make good decisions in the world insecure, competitive and challenging in which we live? It is no longer thinking about environmental projects and sustainable economic models, less ideological systems, but to discover personalities capable of lucidity and height necessary to asuume leadership responsability of mankind.
